Patterns make your life easy. Without them life would be a challenge every minute, every second. So having your cup of coffee every morning in the same way, scheduling your weekly meetings at the same time, approaching the prospect as you always did comes in handy and efficient. It makes you productive.
But when you need to change, patterns become a burden. Suddenly they seem to have a life on their own and don’t want to follow your change. You’ve tried planning, you’ve tried pushing, you’ve tried pulling. Nothing seems to work.
This workshop will give you the creative boost needed to break through your patterns. In an appreciative and trustful environment you will generate solutions for your patterns and those of others. All at the same time.

About Ruben
Ruben makes your change easy. He has been leading and facilitating change worldwide for many different (international) organizations such as the United Nations, BBC, Nationale Nederlanden, amongst others. In his workshops he invites and helps participants to structurally break through their barriers. He is preparing his first book on meetings that propel your change.
