Agile Project Management
Did you know that many IT projects go wrong ? In 2005 Gartner Group studies showed that 75% of all US IT projects are considered to be failures by those responsible for initiating them.

Agile methods are an alternative way of doing projects, organizing services. They not pretend to be better than others methods but they offer a really useful bunch of tools.

The most know Agile methods are:
·      XP (eXtreme Programming)
·      Scrum (The most used Agile method)
·      and Lean (Lean Thinking has been used by Toyota resulting in them becoming n°1 car manufactor.

Objective

The Objective of this Workshop is to give you an overview of some Agile Tools that can help you to:
organize a team/a department
Manage a project
Coach teams

Content
This is not an IT workshop, Indeed Agile Methods are not only about creating software. e.g Scrum can help you to manage any kind of project (Marketing, Human Resources,...)

Audience
Anyone (Entrepreneur, Coach, Project Manager, Curious people) who want to learn and experiences methods that can help you to be effective, bring sense and having fun.
